Litigation
Paul is a General Litigator which means that he represents clients both individual and corporate in a broad spectrum of litigation disputes. He does not however at this time represent clients in Personal Injury Cases as this type of work requires a highly specialised infrastructure. However he does accept instructions in these types of matters which he refers to expert colleagues who specialise in this work.
Housing - Paul also renders advice to clients in the Sectional Title and Housing Development matters where he acts for several Body Corporates, Homeowners Associations and Property Managers.

Property Transfers
Paul is not a Conveyancer but attends to all his Property Transactions in Association with the Conveyancers at Pincus Matz and Marquard Attorneys of Wynberg
